🔥🔥FEATURE SPOTLIGHT 🔥🔥
Routines - Save View and Graph settings
Users can now save Graph Settings (for Work Order and Service Order books) and View Settings (for the Planning view and app) as part of a Routine.
This allows teams to preserve not only filters and columns, but also the way data is visualized, eliminating the need to repeatedly reconfigure views. Shared Routine links now retain these settings as well, making it easier to standardize workflows across teams.
This unlocks brand new range of use cases for routines such as:
Inventory-focused routines in Planning
KPI-driven routines in Work Order and Service Order books (especially when combined with customer-specific fields on both X and Y axes)
--------------------------------
Search - Object-type filtering and improved results
We've enhanced Search to help users find the right information faster.
Users can now filter results by object type (Ticket, Part, PO, WO, SO, or CO) using dedicated object buttons or search shortcuts, making it easier to focus on the records they're looking for. We've also improved result relevancy by prioritizing exact matches and limiting results to the top 10 entries, ensuring the most relevant records appear first.
*Note: Object-type filtering does not yet apply to searches within comments
--------------------------------
Comments - History of edited and/or deleted comments
Comments are often used as a record of decisions and key operational updates. To improve auditability and traceability, edited and deleted comments now include a history trail. This provides greater transparency and helps teams maintain a reliable record of discussions and decisions.
Edited comments: users can view previous versions, including the content, timestamps, and who made each change
Deleted comments: the comment history remains accessible, while continuing to respect existing visibility and access control rules
--------------------------------
Part 360 view - Part Family displayed in 360 views and object summaries
Users heavily use Part Family filters and columns in their routines. To provide users with key classification context at-a-glance, Part Family is now displayed in Plant Part 360 views and in object summary cards across the app.
--------------------------------
All Books - New “Last Event Comment” column
We've added a new “Last Event Comment” column in all Pelico books, to help teams quickly identify the latest object-level update during daily operational reviews.
Unlike the existing "Last Comment" field, this column displays only comments made directly on the object or event, excluding comments from linked tickets. This provides a clearer and more reliable view of the latest operational status, even when multiple tickets are attached.
🔥🔥FEATURE SPOTLIGHT 🔥🔥
Inventory view - Drillable KPIs with book details
All KPI widgets on the Inventory tab are now drillable, making it easier to investigate the data behind each metric.
By clicking a KPI, users can instantly access the corresponding book lines with the relevant filters already applied. This eliminates the need to manually navigate to a book and recreate filters, reducing effort and speeding up analysis.
--------------------------------
Inventory view – Ability to filter SLKs
To provide a more accurate view of inventory and prevent misleading overstock calculations, SLK filtering is now supported in the Inventory view. This enhancement enables more precise inventory analysis and improves visibility into stock positions at the SLK level.
When one or more SLKs are selected, stock details are calculated using only the projected stock and offsets associated with the selected SLK(s). Previously, calculations considered all SLKs and events linked to matching parts, which could result in apparent overstock that was not relevant to the selected scope.
🔥🔥FEATURE SPOTLIGHT 🔥🔥
Team Member Management - Multiple Team Managers/Admins per team
Teams can now have one or more designated Team Managers who are responsible for maintaining team membership.
Authorized Team Managers can add and remove members directly from the Teams page, without requiring tenant-wide user administration permissions. By delegating team management to the people closest to day-to-day operations, organizations can keep team rosters up to date, reduce administrative overhead, and distribute responsibility across multiple managers when needed.

🔥🔥FEATURE SPOTLIGHT 🔥🔥
User Management - AI Agent Management
We've enhanced the User Management page to support the creation and management of AI Agents.
Agent identities define how AI agents appear and interact within the platform, including as authors of comments, tickets, and other contributions. To support this, we've introduced the following improvements:
Clear separation between User creation and Agent creation
New hidden column to distinguish Users from Agents
Agent entries are highlighted in blue for easier identification
Agent creation is restricted to authorized Tenant Administrators
*Note: AI Agent functionality is available only to tenants with the appropriate feature enablement.

--------------------------------
User Management - New User Role: Pelico Data Access Control Admin
We've introduced a new Pelico Data Access Control Admin role to manage Data Access Control assignments independently from general admin permissions.
Previously, Data Access Control management was included within the Pelico Admin role. By separating these responsibilities, organizations can apply more granular permissions, delegate data access governance without granting full administrative rights, and more easily manage access control responsibilities as teams evolve.
