New “Away” status for users

Users can now set an Away status by selecting one of three options: On leave, Working remotely, or Traveling. This status is visible across Pelico, helping teams quickly identify who may be unavailable. It appears in key areas such as ticket assignment, user mentions in comments, and when filtering the Escalation Room.

--------------------------------

Missing filter options now shown as “Unavailable” in routines

Previously, when a routine or view referenced filter values that no longer existed in the database, those values were silently dropped. This left users with no visibility into what had changed, causing confusion and eroding trust in saved routines.

Now, missing filter options are displayed to users as “Unavailable” options in the filter UI (instead of being silently removed). These unavailable values do not impact results and are automatically removed the next time the user updates/saves the routine.

--------------------------------

Tenant-specific fields - Ability to track changes

Users previously had limited visibility into user-driven changes on key operational objects beyond tickets—such as edits to user-editable properties on Purchase Orders, Customer Orders, and Planned Parts. This created blind spots, increased manual monitoring, and led to overreliance on tickets to track changes.

Building on the existing Escalation Ticket 360 view experience, users can now track changes to editable properties across these objects, along with their associated comment threads.

--------------------------------

Improvements on ETL “Last Data Refresh” timestamp

Users rely on the “Last data update” banner (located in the bottom left of the Home page) to determine whether the data is trustworthy before taking action. Previously, the timestamp could refresh even when some data collectors had failed, creating a false sense of data completeness and leading to decisions based on incomplete or outdated information.

To improve reliability, Pelico now updates the “Last data update” timestamp only when all mandatory data sources have been successfully collected. If any critical collector fails, the ETL does not run.

*Note: This is a backend improvement—no changes have been made to the visual interface, but the timestamp is now reliable.

New filter - Object availability: At least one absent

As ticket volumes grow with broader adoption and enterprise rollouts, closing tickets can become a bottleneck. Users need a quicker way to identify tickets that are likely ready to close—such as those linked to objects that no longer exist—so they can focus on active issues.

To address this, we’ve introduced a new Object availability filter, within the Object filter, that surfaces tickets where escalated objects of selected types no longer exist in the Pelico database, helping users quickly identify candidates for closure.

Supply Planning - Ability to filter tenant-specific fields

Users often need to filter the Supply Planning view to identify parts that require attention due to demand changes, shortages, or supply constraints. To address this, users can now filter the Supply Planning view using tenant-specific properties from underlying supply events and orders, enabling more precise and actionable insights.

Service Order Book - New “Current Gate (Planned Date)” column

To help users better visualize timelines and prioritize upcoming or overdue gates, a new “Current Gate (Planned Date)” column has been added to the Service Order Book. This new data field has support for sorting and filtering across the Table, Tree, Activity, and Shop Visit views (not available in Heatmap). The Graph view has also been updated to allow this field as an X-axis option, helping users better visualize timelines and prioritize upcoming or overdue gates.

Improved Customer Order 360 view

Previously, Customer Order properties in the Customer Order 360 view were spread across multiple sections, making navigation and information retrieval more difficult. Additionally, the “Parts” sections across all 360 views were sometimes confusing, as they could refer either to the main part (produced or consumed) or to consumed parts.

To reduce ambiguity and improve clarity, we’ve introduced several enhancements to the Customer Order 360 view:

  • Renamed and clarified the “Parts” sections to clearly distinguish the main part from consumed or missing parts

  • Improved the layout with more intuitive, easy-to-scan sections, such as a streamlined General Information section
