🔥🔥FEATURE SPOTLIGHT 🔥🔥
UI Improvements: Filters, Routines, and Search Bar placement
We're introducing major UI enhancements that provide personalized, ready-to-use routines aligned with your workflows—without the need to create or adjust filters—so you can act quickly and confidently.
Given the importance of routines and filters for all users, we've created a dedicated Help Center article outlining in detail all of the changes, including video tutorials.
--------------------------------
English version of Pelico - Renaming “Equipment” category
Many of our English-speaking users mentioned that the term “Equipment” was misleading, which is why we are renaming it to "Assembly" in the English UI (tabs, tooltips, filters, columns, etc.)
--------------------------------
Team-base configuration for Columns and Filters
To help users quickly find the columns and filters that matter most, and to streamline onboarding for new users, we’re enabling admins to control which columns and filters each team can access. This capability will first be available in the Config Editor, and later through a more user-friendly Team Management page.
--------------------------------
User Management - Updating Restrictions Groups
Managing Restriction Groups previously required using Keycloak, which added complexity and slowed down tenant administration. Now, when restriction groups are enabled, the User Management app includes a column showing each user’s Restriction Groups, and allows admins to update them directly via a multi-select.
Ability to subscribe to, and view all users following an escalation ticket
To make collaboration and ownership more transparent, users can now view all team members subscribed to an escalation ticket directly within the ticket view. This ensures visibility on who’s involved and keeps the right stakeholders informed. Current and past assignees are automatically added as followers, with the option to subscribe manually at any time.
Purchase Order Book - Create a new ticket with multiple escalated POs
Creating escalation tickets with multiple purchase orders used to require adding each PO individually, making the process slow and error-prone.
Now, users can create a single escalation ticket by selecting multiple POs directly from the Purchase Order Book. The ticket automatically includes all deduplicated escalated objects and uses the first eligible one to define the Ticket Line Stop Date.
--------------------------------
Purchase Requests - Ability to create escalation tickets from PRs
Users can now escalate Purchase Requests directly within supply workflows, allowing critical items to be highlighted and acted upon more efficiently:
Purchase Requests can be escalated from everywhere in Pelico, including the Purchase Order Book and Purchase Order 360 view
Escalation tickets can be created with Purchase Requests as an escalated object (previously they were only linked as a Related Object)
Escalation badges and tooltips with last comments appear with Purchase Request details
*Note: this feature requires specific setup and data integration. Please contact your Customer Operations Manager if you are interested.
