External Data Integration Enhancement
Some customers need to link Orders and Plant Parts with additional data and documents maintained in external systems, and be able to access that information directly from Pelico.
To support this, Pelico can now be configured to ingest and store a broader range of supplementary data and documents through ETL pipelines, making them available directly from relevant objects such as Orders and Plant Parts.
*Note: this feature requires specific setup and data integration. Please contact your Customer Operations Manager if you are interested.
Improved hover-over tooltips for column headers
To provide users with clearer explanations of what each column represents, we've added descriptive tooltips to column headers across all supply and event-related views (Purchase Order Book, Event Explorer, and 360° Views.
--------------------------------
Purchase Order Book - New columns: Scheduled Delivery Date and Confirmed Delivery Date
To provide users with more clarity on supplier confirmations, we've added 2 new columns to the Purchase order Book, under the “Timeline” category:
Scheduled delivery date: the most recent delivery date defined in the PO Line Schedule prior to supplier confirmation
Confirmed delivery date: the most recent delivery date confirmed or committed by the supplier
--------------------------------
Purchase Order Book - New filterable column: Purchase Order
Supply Managers manage thousands of purchase order lines every day and need to review their purchase order book one PO at a time, with all related lines and schedules visible together. Previously, they had to filter each PO line individually, a time-consuming and frustrating task, especially for POs containing hundreds of lines.
To save valuable time and eliminate this manual effort, we're introducing a new filterable “Purchase Order” column. With a single click, users can now retrieve all PO Lines and Schedules (POLS / ASN) associated with the same purchase order.
Improved hover-over tooltips for column headers
Previously, escalation tickets for supply events displayed only the delivery date, while other key timeline details required users to open the event’s 360° view—slowing down response times.
To enhance productivity, we’ve added the missing timeline properties (Created Date, Requested Date, OTD Date, Storage Date, MRP Date, Price, and Open Quantity) to both the Purchase Order Object Summary and the 360° View General Information section. Users can now access all relevant timeline information directly within escalation tickets, eliminating the need for additional navigation.
--------------------------------
“Problem Category” and “Primary Cause” options sorted alphabetically
Effective collaboration and issue resolution rely on clearly understanding, qualifying, and organizing problems using a shared and well-defined set of problem and root-cause categories.
To help users more easily navigate issues and ensure more accurate and consistent tagging, the options for Problem Category and Primary Cause are now sorted alphabetically.
--------------------------------
Improved team management
As organizations evolve, it becomes essential to clearly represent which users and teams are active and available for collaboration. To make ticket assignment more intuitive and ensure collaboration tools accurately reflect your current structure, we’ve introduced several improvements to user and team management:
Deleted or inactive teams no longer appear in ticket assignment or other collaboration areas, ensuring only active teams can be selected
Easier visibility into all available teams
Preserved strong search capabilities to quickly find users and teams when assigning tickets
Simplified exploration of team members within any given team
