🔥🔥FEATURE SPOTLIGHT 🔥🔥
Configurable Escalation Ticket tooltipsWithin an organization, different roles require different information to manage escalation tickets effectively. As a result, teams are relying more on specific fields to run their workflows, while standard out-of-the-box fields are becoming less relevant.
To give users more flexibility, and help them focus on the details that matter most, Escalation Ticket tooltips are now configurable, (following the same pattern as Object Summaries and the Object 360 View General Information):
Tenant admins can set the default properties that appear in Escalation Ticket tooltips for all users.
Individual users can further customize which properties they see, tailoring the tooltip to their own workflow needs.

Filters - UI improvement
Applying the right filters, in order to access the right scope and relevant data sets, is essential to complete tasks efficiently and confidently.
Up until now, filters that were changed manually within a routine were highlighted in orange. Now, the same highlight is also used to notify users when a filter changes due to underlying data availability. For example, if a selected Part, Part Family, or Event Number is no longer available in the database, the affected filter will be highlighted to inform users that filtering on that value is not possible anymore.
* Note: This is a first step toward better insights. We’re continuing to enhance support for managing and using routines—stay tuned.

Multi-sorting in books
To help users better identify and prioritize which orders to focus on, we’ve added multi-sorting capabilities to the Escalation Room and all books on Pelico. Users can now apply several sorting criteria at once (e.g., date, revenue, status).
To sort multiple columns simultaneously:
Click the header (not the three dots) of the first column you want to sort.
Press and hold the Shift key.
While holding Shift, click the header of the next column you want to sort.
*Note: Numbers will appear on each sorted column to indicate the sequence in which they’re being sorted.
--------------------------------
Part 360 view - Alternate parts shown
Alternate parts are now shown in the General Information section of a Part’s 360 view, whenever alternates have been mapped. This gives users clear visibility into possible alternate parts and helps ensure no replacement opportunities are overlooked.
--------------------------------
Simulation - UI Improvements
To make simulation changes more intuitive, we’ve introduced several UI improvements:
The “Simulate” button now appears only after simulation changes are entered
Changes that haven’t been simulated can be easily discarded using the “Cancel changes” button

Filtering and sorting improvementsTo help users better manage their escalation workflows, we've made several improvements to some Escalation Room capabilities. Users can now:
Filter tickets based on the types of escalated objects (ie.- Purchase Order, Stock Transfer Order, Quality Note, etc)
Sort and filter on a broader range of columns of escalated objects
Compare 2 standard date fields using the Date Comparison filter
--------------------------------
Escalation Ticket Comments - “Hide Activities” toggleUsers working in a ticket’s 360° view often need to concentrate on recent comments and updates without being distracted by a long history of activity logs. Previously, the comments section displayed all activity by default, making it harder to quickly identify the most relevant information.
To improve focus, we’ve added a “Hide activities” toggle to the Escalation Ticket 360° view. When turned on, only current and relevant activities are shown, creating a cleaner and more streamlined experience. Your toggle preference is automatically saved, so the view will remain consistent the next time you log in.
