A red banner now appears when the data hasn’t been updated in the last 24 hours. This helps prevent decisions based on outdated information and allows users to promptly alert their support team.

Ability to define default view layouts
For large rollouts, onboarding speed and adoption rate heavily rely on whether the default view layouts they instantly get access to feel relevant, or not. This is why Pelico admins can now configure default view layouts throughout all Pelico apps, therefore reducing ramp up time, confusion, and unnecessary clicks:
Select which columns are shown (incl. custom fields)
Arrange column order
Define default sorting
Define default page size

Comments timeline - signaling edited and deleted comments
To improve transparency and avoid misunderstandings, we've updated how edited or deleted comments are shown in the Comments timeline:
Edited comments: an “Edited” label appears for all edited comments, with a tooltip showing the edit timestamp.
Deleted comments: instead of disappearing, deleted comments now appear as an activity in the comments timeline (e.g., “User X posted a comment that has since been deleted.”)

New columns - Earliest Negotiable & Earliest Open Delivery Date
When evaluating a delivery date change, planners need instant visibility into whether each order is still negotiable and where it sits relative to supplier flexibility (“fence”) windows. Seeing these negotiation fences up front helps avoid changes inside frozen zones, reduces unnecessary back-and-forth communication with suppliers, and improves the quality of reschedule decisions.
This is why users can now surface these two dates across the app, as well as use them in routines with date-comparison filters: Earliest Negotiable Delivery Date and Earliest Open Delivery Date. These fields are available in the Purchase Order Book, on 360 Views, and in Object Summary Cards.

Gate & Estimated Shipment Date columns - New, user-intuitive icons, and ability to visualize all dates
To make the Gates columns (in the Service Order Book), and the Estimated Shipment Date column (in the Customer Order Book) easier to identify and interpret, we’ve updated the date icons for these columns:
Date suggested by Pelico: green signal icon (previously a gray bulb)
Date entered by user: person icon (previously an exclamation mark)
Actual date: counter-clockwise icon
In addition, by clicking on the small arrow in the column header, users can now also expand, and hide, the “Aggregated” column to see all the dates mentioned above.

Data comparison filter for all date columns
Previously, the Escalation Room only supported filtering on a few date columns, which resulted in users exporting data to Excel and therefore slowing response times when faced with time-sensitive situations.
Now, all Escalation Room date columns can have date-comparison filters applied, including those with tenant-specific data.
*Note: The existing limitation when comparing one date column to another still applies to the date columns supported so far (i.e., non–tenant-specific date columns).
