Redesigned left menu for faster navigation
We’ve updated the left menu to give you direct access to views—no need to click through apps first. This streamlines navigation, reduces the number of clicks to reach your routines, and makes everyday work more efficient. The new menu can also be collapsed to free up screen space. This is just the beginning, with future improvements like bookmarks and recent routines on the way.

Consistent alphabetical sorting for single and multi-select fields
To improve usability and maintain consistency across the app, single and multi-select dropdown options are now sorted alphabetically by default. This small but meaningful update makes it easier to find what you’re looking for—faster.

Incremental Data Extraction
Pelico now supports incremental (i.e. delta) extraction from ERP systems. Until now, only full-table extracts were possible, which could place a heavy load on customer IT systems. With this improvement, only new or updated records are extracted, reducing data volume and network load. As a result, customers can extract data more frequently and benefit from fresher insights in Pelico.

Saving and sharing table settings in routines now available for Purchase Order Book, Work Order Book, Line of Balance, and Event Explorer
As part of our ongoing effort to make routines more powerful and flexible, you can now save personalized table settings—like column visibility, order, sorting, and page size—directly within routines, alongside filters for these views : Purchase Order Book, Work Order Book, Line of Balance, and Event Explorer.
This helps you better tailor views to your workflow and improve productivity. Sharing is also easier: use the paperclip button to generate a link that includes all settings, with no limits on length or number of filters.
Note: Copying the URL from the browser no longer works—please use the paperclip button to share routines properly.
New “Past OTD Performance” indicator added to the Reliability Index feature
We’ve added a new Past OTD Performance indicator to the Reliability Index feature. This indicator leverages past performance data to provide a more accurate risk score for missing Buy Plant Parts.
New “Last Comment” column added to the SO Book and CO Book
To speed up collaboration, we've added a new Last Comment column in the SO Book and CO Book, showing the most recent comment linked to each Service and Customer Orders—whether it was posted on the order itself or on its associated escalation ticket.
Parts level export in the Planning App
To provide more granular visibility into Material Coverage and Inventory levels, we added a parts and event level export for deeper insights and data historization. With a structured naming convention, users can build routines, export them to a .cvs, and store them to analyze shortage and overstock trends over time.
Added Date and Quantity Comparison filters in the Escalation Room
Users can now filter tickets by date and quantity fields—such as Line Stop Date, New Delivery Date, and Creation Date—directly within the Escalation Room. This eliminates the need to export data for many routines. The current version supports standard columns, with full column support coming soon.
*Note: When filtering by date and time, use comparison symbols like “between” or “less than” instead of “equals. Using “equals” only works if the full date and time match exactly, which usually won’t give the results you expect.

To help you better understand your data and explore Pelico’s capabilities with confidence, we've added helpful descriptions to key columns in the Escalation Room—such as Objects, Suppliers Implicated, Supplier Parts, Line Stop Date, Last Update Time, New Delivery Date, and Age in Days. Just move your mouse over a column name to see its description.
