Quality Notes 360 view

In manufacturing environments, quick access to quality-related information is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency. This is why we're adding the Quality Notes 360 view - a comprehensive overview of quality issues in a single, unified page. This feature allows users to access detailed quality note information, track affected quantities, and manage quality-related impacts efficiently.

Key capabilities include:

  • Centralized view of each quality note details including status, type, and affected quantities

  • Timeline for tracking the relevant dates like creation date, expected end date, etc.

  • Comprehensive “Related objects” table with details of all the objects impacted by the quality note

  • Integrated commenting system for team collaboration

Editing new object editable properties directly from the Objects 360 Views

Previously, we introduced the ability to add editable properties to event objects, such as POs, WOs, Plant Parts, and more. We're now finalizing this capability across Pelico. Users can now edit these new editable properties directly from the 360 Views of Service Orders, Work Orders, and PlantPart 360 Views.

*Note: this feature might require specific data integration. Please contact your Customer Operations Manager if you are interested.

New View mode: Key Performance Indicators for Inventory Projection

Planners, Inventory Managers, and Supply Managers now have out-of-the-box access to valuable inventory metrics, to help them more easily assess the health of their inventory levels and quickly pin-point areas and strategies of improvements.

In the Key Performance Indicators view, users can apply filters to define their desired scope, and:

  • Quickly identify inventory improvement opportunities, and the value linked to each one

  • Monitor current overstock value and overall percentage

  • Monitor the parts value and percentage of Work-In-Progress orders, by status

  • Easily visualize the evolution of your projected Inventory and Overstock values (over a time period), and benchmark them with the values of a Simulated scenario

These metrics are available as a new View Mode (“Key Performance Indicators”) when defining the View Setting as “Inventory projection without propagation of blockers”.

*Note: this feature might require specific data integration. Please contact your Customer Operations Manager if you are interested.

Service Order Book - Improved performance = Faster access

We've implemented multiple backend optimizations which will significantly reduce loading times of the Service Order Book. By computing only necessary data, deferring heavier calculations, and optimizing date logic, users experience faster access to the SO Book.

Editing Problem Category or Primary Cause

Documenting the Problem Category or Primary Cause systematically is a key part of continuous improvement. However, up until today, updating these fields was a tedious process, since users had to open each ticket individually to change the values

Now, users can easily change the Problem Category or Primary Cause values directly from the Escalation Room. In addition, users can copy and paste values from one row to multiple rows.
