Parts 360 view - Improved Events Table design
To improve usability, we've updated the layout and column sizing of the Events Table on the Part 360 views page. Key information is now visible without needing to adjust column widths, and the row selection checkbox stays in view as you scroll horizontally through the table.
--------------------------------
Editing new object editable properties directly from the 360 views of Purchase Orders, Customer Orders, and Stock Transfer Orders
Previously, we introduced the ability to add editable properties to event objects, such as POs, WOs, Plant Parts, and more. We're continuing to expand this capability across Pelico. Users can now edit these new editable properties directly from the 360 Views of Purchase Orders, Customer Orders, and Stock Transfer Orders.
*Note: this feature might require specific data integration. Please contact your Customer Operations Manager if you are interested.
Purchase Order Book - ability to filter escalation tickets & comments
To more efficiently manage and track issues, users can now filter the “Escalation level” column in the Purchase Order book.
--------------------------------
Purchase Order Book - Reliability Index: Improved “Low Safety Stock Coverage”
The ‘Low Safety Stock Coverage’ Reliability Index Indicator now takes into account Safety Time parameters when available. This provides users with a more accurate Risk Score for Purchased Parts.
New Columns for escalation tickets
We've added new columns to the Escalation Room (hidden by default), which will help users better understand the urgency of an issue, its current status, and the efficiency of its resolution:
Last update time (previously known as “Last update”) now includes date and time
Last update by
Last comment time
Last comment by
Closed time (includes cancels)
Closed by (includes cancels)
Age in days (until ticket is closed or cancelled)
--------------------------------
Escalation Ticket - Escalate a PO directly from the Related Object section
Previously, users had to navigate away from a ticket, or enter it manually, in order to add a Purchase Order as a related object to the current ticket. Now, it is possible to add a Purchase Order as an escalated object directly from the “Related Objects” section, by simply clicking “Add to ticket”.
This provides supply chain managers with a streamlined workflow to add supply events to an escalation ticket. By doing so, users can quickly identify and escalate part issues while reviewing related objects, making the process more efficient and giving users much more contextual information within a ticket, such as that of the implicated supplier.
Please don't hesitate to share your comments or suggestions.
