New Announcement Banner
At Pelico, we'd like to keep you informed about important updates, such as upcoming releases or service disruptions, in a timely manner. For this reason, Pelico Customer Support can now publish temporary messages that appear across all pages for every user. Each user can dismiss the message once read, and it will remain hidden until a new message is issued.
This temporary banner helps users plan ahead and take appropriate action, while also offering a more reliable way to share important announcements with you, compared to email or other external channels.

Work Order and Service Order Books - new “Missing Parts” column and filter
We've added a new filterable “Missing Parts Number and Name” column to the Work Order Book and Service Order Book (for both Table and Heatmap view modes). This improvement will allow users to easily retrieve all orders linked to a specific missing part (without having to open each event's 360 view individually), as well as provide full context for all missing parts when exporting these books.

Work Order Book & Events Explorer - Quick access to Last Comments
Previously, viewing the latest comments on Work Orders (WO) required opening individual WOs or Escalation Tickets, which was time-consuming and interrupted a user's flow. In order to improve workflow efficiency and reduce context switching, Production Controllers can now track and manage Work Order (WO) comments directly in the:
Work Order Book: adding a Last Comment column allows users to quickly scan the most recent updates and add comments without leaving their current view
Event Explorer: adding a Last Comment column, when a work order is the central event, provides users with valuable context when analyzing relationships between events

🔥🔥FEATURE SPOTLIGHT 🔥🔥
“Key Performance Indicator” view mode - Overall improvements
In order to help you better analyze the performance of your operations, provide you with actionable insights, and help you make better-informed decisions, we are revamping the tools found in the “Key Performance Indicators” view mode (when on the Inventory Projection mode) of the Planning app, and the Planning view in the Supply app).
We will be rolling out more enhancements, but for now users can benefit from:
Improved readability of the metrics: we've revised the way we show certain metrics (ie.- numbers and currency) to make them much simpler to understand and therefore help users make better and quicker decisions.
Timeframe selector: Users can now choose their preferred timeframe when reviewing their inventory and WIP levels, as well as the actions they should put in place (shown as “Opportunities”) to achieve their targets.

Escalation ticket properties- Ability to define, view, and directly edit all ticket properties
Users will now have a lot more flexibility when editing and defining their escalation tickets’ properties, allowing them to work more efficiently as well as have the most relevant information at their fingertips. For this reason:
Users can now view all properties of an escalation ticket, as well as edit them directly (given that the separate edit mode has been deprecated)
Users can define which Properties are displayed in an Escalation Ticket's 360 view
Pelico Admins can configure the default properties for their company
*Note: With instant editing and frequent updates users risk being flooded with alerts, making it easy to feel overwhelmed. To address this, ticket update notifications are now intelligently grouped within a 30-second window.
--------------------------------
Ability to view and filter a part's “Reliability Index”
In order to more effectively prioritize tickets, users need to take into consideration the “Plant Parts Reliability Index” and associated risk level. This helps them focus on the most critical issues and therefore manage escalations with greater accuracy. This is why users can now filter and view the “Reliability Index” of escalated plant parts when adjusting ticket criticality.
*Note: This feature requires activation and data integration before use, please contact Pelico Customer Support.
--------------------------------
Escalation Ticket 360 view - Ability to search for and assign tickets to an individual or a team
Accurate assignment of tickets to the right team and assignee is critical for rapid issue resolution. Previously, users had to know the correct team in advance, select it, and then pick an assignee—often requiring extra steps or back-and-forth.
Now, in an Escalation Ticket's 360 view, users can directly search for and select either a team or an individual assignee when editing a ticket. This streamlines the process by reducing steps and making it easier to correctly assign tickets from the start.
