The app helps monitor repair cycle lead times, optimize prioritization, and provide better visibility into logistics despite unpredictable repair demands. Additionally, it manages the increasing number of MRO orders due to aging equipment.
By using the MRO app, users can maintain an overview of necessary items, improving repair order coverage and planning reliability. This leads to optimized inventory and resource management, ultimately streamlining operations and boosting efficiency. Its primary goals are to increase on-time delivery, reduce turnaround time, and improve team productivity.
Service Order Book
The Service Order View on the MRO app of Pelico provides users with a comprehensive overview of all ongoing and scheduled maintenance tasks.
This view allows users to track the status of service orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion. It includes detailed information about each service order, such as assigned personnel, required parts, and scheduled timelines.
Table view
Table view
In the Table View, all service orders are displayed as rows. Each row represents a piece of equipment, including its service order and serial number. The orders are sorted by date, starting with the oldest.
Status: Shows the computation of SO coverage, delivery status, and commercial status. More details are available in tooltips when you hover over the status.
Service Order: the number of the service order.
Equipment: The ID or reference number of the equipment.
SN: The serial number of the equipment.
Required Cov: The date when the component is needed and when parts are taken by the stock projection algorithm.
Revised Due: The requested date by the client.
Reception: The date of physical receipt of the module.
Customer Req. Date: The date requested by the customer.
Heatmap View:
Heatmap View:
Next to the Table View is the Heatmap View. In this view, the columns display the parts needed for MRO operations.
Understanding the heatmap view:
Column Headers: Each column header shows the name of a part. These names are clickable, allowing you to perform further actions.
Stock Indicators:The stock for each part is shown in the format XX / YY.
XX:The stock required to execute all MRO orders.
YY:The current stock available.
Color Code for Stock Levels:
Green:Sufficient stock to cover all service orders for both new and used parts (used parts ≤ 0)
Yellow:Conditionally covered for new parts and used parts (used parts ≤ 0).
Red:Stock is insufficient (new parts or used parts > 0).
Missing Part View
The Missing Part view provides a timeline of information about your missing parts. Each line includes details such as the blocking date, required part, plant, parent equipment, part type, and other related events.
Details Provided
Details Provided
Blocking Date:The date when the part will block production.
Required Part:The specific part needed.
Plant:The location where the part is needed.
Parent Equipment:The equipment to which the part belongs.
Part TypeIndicates whether the part is M, B, or M&B.
Related EventsIncludes supply events and potential Stock Transfer Opportunities (STO)
Days Until Missing:Shows the number of days until the part becomes missing, along with the break date.
Color Coding
Red:The part is blocking production.
Yellow:The part is conditionally covered.
Capacity View
The Capacity View helps you anticipate future blockages and analyze the balance between load and capacity.
Features:
Anticipation of Blockages: Allows you to foresee potential future blockages in the production process.
Load vs. Capacity Analysis: Enables a detailed comparison of current load against available capacity, helping to identify and manage bottlenecks efficiently.
Using the Capacity View, you can better plan and optimize your resources to ensure smooth operations and avoid production delays.
Planned Workload vs. Capacity Guide
Pelico integrates sales forecasts into MRO planning, enabling better anticipation of potential blockages and enhancing load versus capacity analysis.
Key Features:
Sales Forecast Integration: Incorporating sales forecasts early in the planning process helps anticipate potential blockages.
Impact on Workload: Sales forecasts affect the workload and allow for long-term load versus capacity analyses.
Material Requirements Visualization: Understand how sales forecasts impact material requirements and anticipate resulting bottlenecks.
Filtered Analysis: Restrict workload and capacity analysis by applying filters to the concerned work centers.
Work Centers:
Heatmap Work Centers: Provides an overview of blockages in all work centers, week by week, over the next few months.
Blockage Indicators: For service orders that require a work center with insufficient capacity in a given week, a new status will indicate this blockage.
By utilizing these features, you can better plan and optimize resources, ensuring smooth operations and avoiding production delays.
