Pelico’s Customer Support application allows customer-facing and internal teams in your factory to prioritise customer orders, identify and resolve blockers early on and collaborate with each other to ensure on time delivery.
Customer Order Book
On your Pelico homepage you can navigate to the Customer Support App, Where you will find the Customer Order Book. The CO book gives an overview of all of your customer orders - there is an entry for each customer order line.
In the Customer Order Book you can select two different views,
Table view: gives and overview of all the open customer orders, with details on a line-by-line basis
Aggregation View : allows to have an aggregated view of the open customer orders, you can group by customer, equipment or all orders - and sort based on revenue or OTD
Columns
The below table provides an overview of the main columns you can find in the Customer Order
book.
Depending on the data mapping and custom fields that have been configured for your instance -
there might be some slight differences
Column Explanations
Column Name | Definition |
Customer Order | Customer order number, and the customer order line |
CO esc. | Shows if there is an active escalation ticket on the customer order line (1, 2, 3, 4 - corresponding to the different tiers).If you don't see any numbers then it has not been escalated |
Part | The part which has been ordered in the CO |
Part esc. | Shows if there is an active escalation ticket on the part (1, 2, 3, 4 - corresponding to the different tiers). If you don't see any numbers then it has not been escalated |
Value | The revenue of the customer order line |
Quantity | Open quantity still to be shipped to the customer |
Estimated Date | The estimated date of shipment as calculated by Pelico. If it is empty it means there are no supply events that will put the part in stock and so the estimated date cannot be determined. |
Requested Date | The date requested by the customer for delivery of the customer order line |
Promised Date | The date promised to the customer for delivery of the customer order line |
Customer PO | Corresponding internal customer purchase order reference for the customer order |
Admin Blockers | Configurable per instance - these indicate potential blockers or alerts on the customer order line |
Cust. Part Number | Corresponding internal customer part number reference for the customer order |
Sourcing | Whether the part in the customer order line is Make or Buy for the given plant |

Adding filters on your customers, specific orders, OTD status or date comparisons helps you to prioritise your customer order book.

Click on the hyperlinked Customer Order, this will give you all information concerning the open Customer Order, including
Customer Order Line number and value
Timeline of all events including customer requested date, promised date and estimated date
The status of all the administrative blockers
Details about the equipment ordered in the customer order
Details about the customer
Part 360
Click on the hyperlinked Part, this will give you all information concerning the part that has been ordered in the customer order, including
Stock details- in the current plant, and all other plants with details about the available stock, quality inspection stock and blocked stock
Events and projected stock with all events (STOs, WOs, COs, POs…) for that part in the current plant
An overview of all events for the part in the current plant, from which you can deepdive into the different events to get more information
In this section you can also add or remove columns, to show you the supplier plant on stock transfer orders, suppliers on the purchase orders or different dates.
You can also simulate different events to analyse the impact of these simulated events on the stock projection and coverage. By changing the Plant in the top right corner, you can go through all events on the part in the different plants.
Estimated Date
The Estimated Date is calculated by Pelico, based on all events concerning the part - taking into account the transport times and other factors - to provide you with a reliable estimated shipment date for the customer order line.
If needed, you can adjust this date by clicking on the calendar icon
and click Publish
If you select a date before the suggested estimated date by Pelico, the icon will become red
If you select a date after the suggested date by Pelico, the icon will become black
If the estimated date has been modified from the initial date suggested by Pelico, you can find the initial estimated date by hovering on the estimated date value
