Logging in to Pelico for the first time

Who is this for ?

Anyone signing in to Pelico for the first time.

What you will learn :

  • How to access Pelico using Single Sign On or an email address and password, and what to do if you cannot sign in.

  • How you sign in depends on your organization’s Pelico configuration. Some environments use Single Sign On only, while others also allow you to sign in using an email address and password.

1. Logging in with Single Sign On

If your organization uses Single Sign On, use the same authentication method you normally use for your company applications.

  1. Open your organization’s Pelico URL

  2. Select the SSO sign in option

  3. Authenticate using your company credentials

  4. Once authentication is complete, you are redirected to Pelico

⚠️ You do not need to create a separate Pelico password when using SSO

💡 First time using SSO ?

Depending on your organization’s configuration, your Pelico profile may be created automatically the first time you authenticate.

Your Pelico administrator may still need to activate your account and assign the appropriate permissions before you can access the platform.

2. Logging in with an email address and password

If your organization uses Pelico credentials, your administrator creates your account first.

You then receive an email inviting you to set up your access.

  1. Open the email sent to you by Pelico.

  2. Select the link or button provided to access Pelico and create your password.

  3. Follow the password requirements displayed on screen.

  4. Sign in using your email address and new password.

Password requirements and the validity period of the setup link may vary depending on your organization’s configuration.

💡 Has your setup link expired ?

Select Forgot password from the Pelico login page to request a new password setting email.

3. Having trouble signing in ?

Before contacting support, check the following situations.

Start again from your Pelico URL

Always access Pelico from your organization’s main Pelico URL.

Avoid saving a login address containing /auth/ as a bookmark. Authentication links can expire and may prevent you from signing in correctly later.

If the login page has remained open for a long time, reload your Pelico URL and start the authentication process again.

"SSO works but Pelico does not open"

Successfully authenticating with your company account does not always mean that your Pelico access is already active.

Ask your Pelico administrator to check that:

  1. Your Pelico account exists.

  2. Your account is active.

  3. The correct Pelico role has been assigned.

  4. You have access to the appropriate team and industrial site.

Some organizations manage these permissions automatically through SSO. Others require approval from a Pelico administrator.

"You did not receive your account email"

First, check your spam or quarantine folder.

If you still cannot find the email, ask your Pelico administrator to:

  1. Verify that your email address is correct.

  2. Confirm that your account is active.

  3. Send you a new password setting link using Reset Password in User Management.

"Your credentials are correct but you still cannot access Pelico"

Ask your administrator to verify the email address or identifier associated with your Pelico account.

On some environments, differences in email capitalization can prevent Pelico from matching your sign in identity correctly.

Where possible, email addresses should therefore be entered entirely in lowercase.

"Check that you are using the correct Pelico environment"

Your organization may have access to several Pelico environments, such as Production, Training or Pre production.

Having access to one environment does not necessarily give you access to another.

If your company authentication requires a corporate network or VPN, make sure you are connected before using SSO.

4. Still cannot access Pelico ?

If your organization has provided a dedicated Pelico support channel, contact that team first.

Otherwise, contact [email protected].

To help the support team investigate your issue faster, provide:

  1. Your Pelico environment or URL.

  2. The email address or identifier you use to sign in.

  3. The approximate time of your last login attempt and your time zone.

  4. A screenshot or copy of the error message.
