Two new Material Coverage statuses provide a more accurate view of order coverage:

  • No BOM: Indicates orders that do not have a Bill of Materials, such as repair orders.

  • Issued: Indicates orders where all required quantities have already been issued and no further material is needed.

*Note: this feature requires specific setup and data integration. Please contact your Customer Operations Manager if you are interested.

🔥🔥FEATURE SPOTLIGHT 🔥🔥

Quality Notes, now available across Events, 360 Views, and Escalation Tickets

Quality Notes are now available across all event types in Pelico, including Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Service Orders, and Customer Orders. A new Quality Notes section has also been added to Part360 and to the 360 view of every event, giving teams a single place to access all Quality Notes related to a part or event.

Quality Notes are also now available as a related object directly within an Escalation Ticket's 360 view, giving users the full quality context behind an escalation in one place, without the need for additional cross referencing.

Purchase Order Book & Customer Order Book - Graph View Improvement

Graph Views are now available in the Purchase Order and Customer Order Books. As with other Book graphs, including Work Order, Sales Order, Purchase Order, and Customer Order graphs, users can group data by Material Coverage or any customer-specific field. Graph tooltips now also display group totals, making it easier to understand aggregated data at a glance.

This gives teams greater flexibility to create the views that best fit their workflows and routines, rather than relying on a fixed default view.

New customer-specific field with Rich Text formatting

Supply chain teams can now add a customer-specific field with Rich Text formatting to key objects, such as service orders and parts, to capture the latest progress, risks, and decisions in one place.

This new field supports Rich Text formatting, including bold, italics, bullet points, hyperlinks, and line breaks, making it easy to structure and maintain key information. By keeping status documentation separate from comment threads, teams can quickly find the latest information and maintain a clear single source of truth, without having to search through conversations.

--------------------------------

Pelico Search - Recently opened objects

Pelico Search now gives users quick access to their recently opened objects, grouped by Today, Yesterday, Past week, and Earlier.

This makes it easier to jump back to objects you recently worked on, whether you’re switching context, comparing information, or verifying details, without having to search for them again.
