✨Shelf life: Expiration dates are now part of the stock projection : Stock that expires before it is needed no longer counts as available.
For parts with a shelf life, Pelico now creates an Expiry event on the batch's expiration date.
Batches that are already expired are excluded from current and available stock, and upcoming expirations reduce the projected stock, so Material Coverage reflects what will actually be usable at the need date rather than what is physically on the shelf. The stock details table in Plant Part 360 still lists expired batches, flagged as excluded, so nothing disappears from view :
👉 In Plant Part 360, the Expiry event appears as a bar on the stock projection graph + the graph tooltip + as a row in the events table, so a planner can see what causes a projected stock drop.
👉 In Supply Planning, a new Stock Expiry row in the Needs section shows the quantity expiring per time bucket; it can be filtered like any other event type, but not simulated. ( Expiring lots also count as consumption in inventory days of coverage )

Simulation Basket: saved simulations are now cleaned up automatically
Saved simulations you have not opened for 90 days are now removed automatically; the Simulation Basket flags the ones about to expire with a warning icon and their expiry date, note that :
Reopening a simulation resets its countdown
A simulation in active use is never removed.
By default the warning appears 10 days before deletion.
Administrators can adjust the retention delay and the advance warning in the Config Editor, under Platform > General (Simulation Management).
This change prevents unused simulations from piling up and keeps the platform responsive for everyone.

Escalation Tickets: customer order lines in related objects
When a part is escalated, its ticket now shows every customer order line that the part delivers in the Related objects section, alongside work orders, purchase orders and the other supply-side objects.
A Customer Order entry has been added to the related-objects filter, so the section can be narrowed down to demand-side objects in one click.

Escalation Room: multi-plant Quality Notes stay visible
Quality Notes that relate to several plants no longer disappear from the Escalation Room when you filter by plant.
A Quality Note can affect objects in several plants. Until now, its ticket dropped out of the Escalation Room as soon as a plant filter was applied. The ticket is now shown as soon as one of the note's plants matches the filter, the Plants column lists them all, and sorting on that column takes them into account.
In the ticket's 360 view, the note's affected objects also appear as related objects.

👀 Also in this release
Supply Planning: a new Part Supplier column lists the suppliers recorded in the master data, so the supplier is shown even for parts with no open requisition or order (hidden by default, enable it from the column panel).
Purchase Order Book: stock awaiting quality release now appears alongside purchase orders, requisitions and transfer orders, with its own tag and filter, so incoming quality releases can be followed with the rest of supply.*
Event Explorer*: choose the page size, from 50 to 2,000 rows, so a large export takes far fewer passes.
Interface: each view now highlights a single primary action (Save, Apply, Add a filter, Publish), and empty tables show a consistent “no results” message in all six interface languages.
Performance: lookups by identifier no longer slow down as your data grows, and sites with more than a thousand simultaneous connections keep receiving live notifications.
Fixes:
✅ Pasting a negative simulated quantity in Plant Part 360 is rejected
✅ Quality note tooltips no longer close early in Line of Balance and Planning;
✅Parts custom-field filters in the Line of Balance, Part Book and Event Explorer now target the part rather than the assembly.
